They can be used with grow baskets or seed starter systems to ensure reliable germination and healthy root development. Our sponges can also be used with seedling trays and potted plants, whether they are planted in indoor or outdoor garden soil. Before use, please soak the hydroponic starter kit for 10-15 minutes.

Our nutrition seed plugs are made of 100% biochar cotton, which is more fertile than Sphagnum Peat. These seed starter sponges are dry before use, which helps prevent mold and algae growth, ensuring successful seed rooting and germination. After soaking the seed pod sponge in water for 10-15 minutes, it will have a size of 2.04 inches in height and 1.1 inches in diameter.
